Who is Werner Poegel, Owner/Publisher of Web-Tech
Online Magazines? Poegel has operated Web-Tech
full-time since 2005. (Web-Tech is an online media
provider offering affordable local display advertising on
community sites, online directories/yellow pages, and
inbound linking.) Experience includes General
Manager/computer builder at a local custom computer
builder in the late 90s, IT support at a New Hampshire
University in the 2000s, and founder/advisor/trainer of
