What is Remote Help Desk?

It is the ability to email, chat, or call a tech who will give you
priority treatment to answer questions, train you in doing
basic computing tasks, help you install or use a new device, or
any other task that may require tech assistance. Free for up
to a half hour per month. With the plan you get:

1) Icon on your desktop.
2) Direct email to our Help System, no Outlook or other email
client required.
3) Direct chat with our technicians
4) Priority service, your call is answered before others.
5) Button to free remote repair software that allows us to
access and repair your system.
6) Up to 30 minutes of free support a month.
