$20.00/hour for recovery assistance
All prices are per computer backed up.

Minimum Requirements:

Internet Connection — DSL, Cable, or T1
Service Accounts — Require Remote Access to Computer
Local Backups – Require purchase of external USB hard drive for storage
Systems being backed up must be on during scheduled backup time.
Backup system benefits:
Backups are secure over Internet encrypted and password protected.
Backups on server are password protected
Backups on server are compressed to save space and time online
Backs up only changes to files after Initial Backup
Backups only take up 20% of bandwidth to avoid computer or Internet slowdowns.

Backup Procedures:
Schedules include: Daily, Weekly
Initial Backups are done as MD of the PC determines is safe and economical and may take up
to a month depending upon amount of data to backup. Most backups will occur remotely,
unless MD of the PC requires to be on-site.
Local Drive installation and backup services will require on-site access
Backups will be monitored and reattempted if failure occurs. If failures continue after the first
failure, customer may be contacted, and resolution may be considered outside normal backup
maintenance. (Fees Could apply).
Operating systems are not suggested to backup since recovery would require the O/S be
reloaded first, Backup software second to recover data. Thus the windows folder is not
generally part of the backup process unless requested. This backup system is not a bare metal
backup system. It is designed to save data files from being lost.
MD of the PC is not responsible to backup any folders that cause damage to the backup
process. Any such folders will be avoided.
All prices subject to change as prices vary with bandwidth and storage capabilities. Customer
will have 30 days warning before a change will take place allowing the customer to make other
arrangements. Systems being backed up must be on during backup process, which may be an
extended time. MD of the PC is not responsible for lost or damaged backups due to customer
shutting down system early. MD of the PC must have access to computers backed up in order
to maintain systems ability to backup correctly. MD of the PC is not responsible for viruses
backed up onto customer’s backups as the customer is responsible for maintaining their own
anti-virus systems and virus infestation due to backup restoration is the responsibility of the
customer.
The MD of the PC will do all in its power to help its customer’s recover their valuable data.
However we will not be responsible for data that has failed to copy over the Internet correctly.
We only guaranty the data that has successfully been backed up to the remote server as is in
normal operation. In the event of equipment failure the MD of the PC must re-backup the lost
data with no additional charges to the customer still under the plan.
